Project Manager
Temma Pinkofsky
Temma is an experienced Project Manager who has worked with a wide range of organizations
including a larger international development non-profit to a small disability arts organization. As
a queer, Black woman, equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) is deeply rooted in her personal life
and much of work has been dedicated to progressing EDI and advocating for anti-racist and
anti-oppressive practices. She holds a Master of Arts in Law and Legal Studies and is currently
pursuing a PhD in Adult Education and Community Development with the Ontario Institute for
Studies in Education at the University of Toronto. Her current research focuses on the nonprofit
sector and what a love/care ethic can bring to nonprofit spaces. She is a pop culture fanatic and
when she is not working you can find her either watching the latest movie or tv show, or splish
splashing in the pool with the Toronto Purple Fins.

Joshua Fuentebella
Joshua Fuentebella is an experienced Virtual and Executive Assistant with experience supporting diverse clients, from digital marketing agencies to tech-driven enterprises. With a focus on efficient social media management, seamless scheduling, and meticulous data entry, Joshua brings precision and dedication to every role. His background in drone piloting and technology also adds a unique technical edge to his skill set. A detail-oriented professional from Negros Occidental, Philippines, he’s passionate about enhancing client operations and fostering smooth, successful workflows. When not working, Joshua enjoys exploring new technology and staying connected with the latest in digital trends.
